We try and ship orders within 24 Hours of receiving orders during weekdays.
We offer local pick-up for customers in the Memphis area, or customers visiting Memphis. Orders placed Monday- Friday for local pick up will be ready within one business day of order. Orders placed between 5p Friday-Sunday evening will be available Monday for pick-up.
These are FedEx or UPS shipping rates only; you are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes charged by your country. Your package will not be delivered until customs, taxes, or duties are paid on your end. You will still be responsible for paying Lansky Bros. FedEx or UPS shipping fees if a package is refused or returned back to Lansky Bros. because customs, taxes, or duties were not taken care of. There are times that a package may require different packaging other than a FedEx or UPS Box for International orders, we will notify you if shipping charges are higher due to dimensions and/ or weight.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal as forms of payment. We do not accept checks.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase (s), just return the item(s) within 30 days from the date on your receipt. Please make sure the item is accompanied by the original sales receipt and is returned with all the tags and labels still affixed. We do not refund shipping and handling charges, and you may be responsible for any shipping fees associated with an exchange. If you’d like to exchange an item, make sure to include all pertinent information (sizes, colors, etc.) with the exchange. Please make sure shoe boxes are returned in their original condition without postage labels affixed to the shoe box. We do not accept shoes returned without the shoe box. We strongly suggest shipping returned packages through a shipping carrier that is trackable as we are not responsible for returned packages that get lost in transit back to Lansky Bros. Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. Individual banks determine when the credit is placed back on your credit card.
All Christmas Returns & Exchanges will need to be completed before January 15th.

The inventory at Lansky changes frequently and unfortunately we cannot restock all items that we sell out of. Some items are one-of-a-kind, and we try to denote this in the item description within the specific product. We want very much to keep our customers happy and fill all orders as quickly and accurately as possible. So, if an item is out-of-stock, you'll be informed via email ASAP so that you can make another selection or cancel that portion of your order.
