Return/Exchange Policies

New, defective, and unaltered merchandise will be accepted for a refund or exchange up to 30 Days after Receipt of Merchandise. Items marked "Final Clearance" are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping Fee

Shipping charges from your original order are not refundable, and there will be a return shipping fee of $8.95 deducted from your refund — unless you are making an exchange.

Free Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for another size/color, there is no charge for exchanging an item. You can also choose to use your return credit to buy a different item, and the $8.95 return fee will not be deducted from your credit amount.

Gift Cards

If a Vi, MC, or AMEX gift card was used for the original purchase and you no longer have that gift card, please request a gift certificate or store credit in lieu of a refund.

Making a Return or Exchange

Our new Returns Portal makes it easy to exchange or return an item.   Please CLICK HERE to start your return or exchange. 

Your order number can be found on the order confirmation page. If you need help, please call Customer Service at  For returns coming from Puerto Rico or APO addresses, prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice.

  • Please apply the label to your return package, and drop off at any authorized UPS location.

    Tracking a Return

    When printing a return label, you can check the notification boxes to have an email sent to you with delivery confirmation. You can also enter your tracking number on the UPS Website.

    Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process exchanges and credits.

    Returning a Store Purchase

    Lansky Bros. is happy to accept any returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Original sales receipt required to receive a full refund in the form of the original payment. Returns without original sales receipt will receive store credit and may receive sale price if item was previously on sale. Merchandise that has been worn, altered or is more than 30 days old cannot be returned.

    Store purchases can be returned to our retail store location.

    Price Adjustments

    At Lansky Bros., we do not offer price adjustments for items purchased before any seasonal or flash sales. This policy allows customers to shop our complete selection of styles and sizes ahead of time, ensuring they can purchase the exact items they want. During sale periods, we cannot guarantee that all styles, sizes, or items will be available or discounted.
