Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed by 2 pm CST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 pm CST will ship the next business day.
  • We aim to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them on weekdays.

Shipping Options:

  • Ground: 2-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping fees are determined by weight and zip code.
  • 2nd Day Air: 2 business days.
  • Next Day Air: 1 business day.
  • Please note that UPS and USPS exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Shipping is limited to the contiguous U.S. only.

Additional Shipping Details:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • All shipments are sent without a signature required unless specifically requested by emailing sales@lanskybros.com.

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $200 or more within the United States.
    • Free shipping applies only to a single address within the contiguous U.S.

Pre-Order Items

When a specific color or size is out of stock but more inventory is on the way, we offer the option to “pre-order” the item. This reserves the item for you in advance.

Once the pre-ordered item is back in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional shipping cost. Any in-stock items from your order will ship right away.

We strive to provide an accurate availability estimate for pre-ordered items at the time of purchase. no date is provided, we are still waiting for an estimated arrival time from the manufacturer.  However, please note that unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays may occasionally cause changes to this date.

Local Pick-Up:

  • Local pick-up is available for customers in or visiting Memphis. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be ready within one business day. Orders placed between 5 pm Friday and Sunday evening will be available on Monday.

International Shipping:

All international orders are subject to duties and taxes, which will be collected at checkout. This means your total at checkout includes all costs, so there are no unexpected charges upon delivery. This streamlined process ensures a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our international customers.

 

 

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
